In consultation in my personal health advice, I recommend regularly the return of a regular and soft physical activity. It is indeed the only effective method that allows to open all our emunctories (the organs of elimination: skin, lungs, kidneys, liver and intestines), to activate the circulation of our bodily fluids and thus to facilitate the waste disposal of the body.

Yoga has a privileged place for me to accompany us in this regular practice of physical activity. He walks in search of a harmony, of a unity of body and spirit that fits in the present moment. By his different postures and his breathing exercises he facilitates almost instantly the mental and muscular relaxation.


Yoga does not require special skills and can be practiced alone or in groups of any level. And thanks to you and your online lessons you can take your coach in your pocket to practice anywhere at any time, even on his office chair during the break.
