What is naturopathy?
It is an
ancient traditional medicine, just like Chinese medicine or Ayurveda. The three
practices are recognized as complementary medicine by the World Health
Organization (O.M.S). It is also a way of life that allows you to take control
of your health and gain autonomy!
The
conventional allopathic doctor (the one who is reimbursed today) asks himself
the question of "how did you get sick? And fight against the disease. The
naturopath asks himself the question of "why the disease has settled? He
encourages health, his approach is to seek the "cause" rather than
trying to suppress the symptom.
The
naturopath is a generalist who has a global vision that allows him to determine
the most appropriate techniques to the health status of the person who
consults. He uses :
Food and dietetics: nutrition, dietetics, seasonal cures, ...
Psychology:
management of stress and emotions, relaxation, helping relationship,
sophrology, ...
Physical
exercises: physical training, soft gymnastics, stretching, ...
Hydrology:
use of local or general water, internal or external.
Manual techniques: non-medical massages
Respiratory
techniques: practiced as part of yoga, Qi Gong, Jacquier Air Bowl, ...
Herbal medicine and aromatherapy: plants and essential oils
Reflexology:
applied to the hands, back, feet, ...
Energy techniques: use of different forms of magnetism
Vibration
techniques: use of solar radiation, colors, elixirs. ..
These
different techniques are always implemented inside treatments: detoxification,
revitalization or stabilization, for a global care and visible results quickly.
The
assessment is actually a study of your ability to maintain or regain full
health. The symptoms reveal the dysfunctions, but it is always the
"fouling" of the body that is considered the main cause of the
disease that has settled. Knowing this, he will not try to put a bandage on a
problem, he will always come back to your history, your habits and the
education you came to acquire.
The goal?
Helping you to revive cell activity and harmonize your vital functions, it will
help you to fill your gaps, to rebalance your needs and to take care of you
sustainably in autonomy.
Naturopathy
allows you to understand the reactions of your body and understand what is good
for you, individually. Once the keys in hand, you have a lot of tools to no
longer feel deprived daily face the imbalances of your body is a practice that
will make you free!
